Wat Bandai Nak of the "Monastery of the Naga Staircase" is an unrestored ruin
located in the southern area in Sanphao Lom sub-district. The only remains in situ are a
brick mound covered with vegetation and remnants of a large chedi.
The site is located south of the city island, West of Khlong Khu Cham and south of the
Chao Phraya River. The site has been victim of treasure farming in earlier times.
Its historical background and period of construction are unknown.
