Wat Rerai or the "Monastery of the Cricket" is located off the City Island in the East
area at Tambon Phai Ling; South of Chedi Wat Sam Plum along the east side of road No
3477 on the Wat Yai Chai Mongkhol school premises.
Locals told that the last brick work traces of the monastery disappeared when the school
was constructed.
Its historical background and period of construction are unknown.
