| Wat Phai Somnarin is an active temple located off the Ayutthaya's city island along the east bank of the Pa Sak River in the eastern area in Ban Ko Sub-district. It is the most northeastern monastery of the city district. The temple is situated opposite the mouth of Khlong Oom. In situ are the classic monastic structures of a Buddhist temple. Historical data about the monastery and its construction are unknown. The temple is not mentioned on any old map. |
